Spring is here!

With the opening of the Farmer’s Market and the rain gone away, we can finally start to enjoy the fruits of our great agriculture here in Contra Costa County.  A quick trip thru the market provided sweet peas, leeks, beets, sweet red onions, and a nice head of cauliflower.  Fresh is Best; can’t wait to get home and see what I can conjure up for dinner!
